I'm Vivi, the founder of Mrs. Marzipan, and I’m so happy you’re here. I come from a Syrian background where marzipan was always a beloved treat—one I absolutely adored growing up. It’s always held a special place in my heart, and over time, I started putting my own twist on the classic, creating something that still honors its roots.
As a mom, I wanted to make better treats for my kids—something simpler and more thoughtful, without artificial dyes, seed oils, or preservatives. That’s how my almond flour cookies came to life. They’re not sugar-free, but they’re made with care and cleaner ingredients you can feel good about sharing.

All our products are made with only the bare minimum of high-quality ingredients. Every bite of our marzipan and almond flour cookies is made with love, care, and the purest ingredients- all almond-based, and free of dairy, soy, and gluten. Although we do not have certification, all our products are made in a kosher kitchen with kosher parve certified ingredients.
